{"id":1263,"date":"2011-03-22T13:30:44","date_gmt":"2011-03-22T19:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jonathanbetz.com\/blog\/?p=1263"},"modified":"2011-03-22T13:31:07","modified_gmt":"2011-03-22T19:31:07","slug":"family-portraits-at-red-rock-canyon-open-space","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jonathanbetzphotography.com\/blog\/2011\/03\/22\/family-portraits-at-red-rock-canyon-open-space\/","title":{"rendered":"Family Portraits at Red Rock Canyon Open Space"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.redrockcanyonopenspace.org\/\">Red Rock Canyon Open Space<\/a> is a great area that many people have never been to, so it&#8217;s fun to take people to places they&#8217;ve never been in town for their family pictures! \u00a0In Red Rock Canyon, you have a little feel for the red rocks similar to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gardenofgods.com\/\">Garden of the Gods<\/a> but it has a completely different feel and with far less people than Garden of the Gods. \u00a0We love afternoon hikes through the many trails in the area, and there are great views overlooking Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs city and beyond. \u00a0Here are favorites from two late fall\/early winter groupon sessions at Red Rock Canyon&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"p3-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" title=\"Red Rock Canyon-01\" src=\"http:\/\/jonathanbetzphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/Red-Rock-Canyon-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"532\" height=\"800\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"p3-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" title=\"Red Rock Canyon-02\" src=\"http:\/\/jonathanbetzphotography.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/Red-Rock-Canyon-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"532\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Musacchia family moved here from Louisiana, and love LSU.  They used their session as a time to tell part of their family&#8217;s story of arriving to the mountains from LA&#8230;LSU colors with mountain scenes in the background.  They serve our country in the Air Force and nicknamed themselves &#8220;mountain tigers&#8221; (LSU&#8217;s mascot is the tiger, in case you didn&#8217;t know&#8230;).
