Newborn babies are the best! We were honored to photograph baby Micah’s very first portraits, and it was incredibly special since Micah’s grandmother and aunt from Japan were able to be here in Colorado for his birth and first couple weeks of life. Micah’s family lives here in Colorado Springs, and his dad’s family is serving the military in Japan. You can imagine how special the time is together when there’s an ocean of distance between the families.<\/p>\n

These precious early moments are priceless and there is something so special and intimate captured between the parents and this new life held in their hands. We’re invited to watch a couple become a family and celebrate with them the love awakened by this little baby. Jon and I are privileged to create legacy for families. It’s such an honor.<\/p>\n
