For the Mascarinas Family, the ping to create updated family portraits came from having the milestone of another high school senior year. This family is in that transitional season of kids reaching the end of childhood and moving into young adulthood with empty-nesting now visible in their not-so-distant future. Capturing family portraits that represent some of those culminating times of all the full-time parenting years is well worth making the time. Life moves so quickly. Portraits help slow things down and create that tangible connection from present to past. We love the reality that the portraits we make for families are legacy pieces for the current generation to remember special moments and for the next generations to inherit. There is a beautiful grounding that happens when we can experience printed pieces of the people who matter most to us. We actually feel that warmth of the love we have when we see and hold portraits.
