Candelora | Harrison High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2024

Candelora is a senior at Harrison High School with her eyes set on graduating this spring. She has a heart for her community and loves the people that she works with. Candelora serves as a student advisor for the school board and volunteers at Care and Share here in Colorado Springs. She loves listening to music, watching sunsets, and relaxing on long car rides. Candelora wanted streams and fields in her portraits, so Bear Creek Park was the perfect location with fall colors still hanging on in October. We hope you enjoy these stunning portraits!

We wish Candelora the best as she graduates and looks to study communications to continue to serve in the community and advocate for those in need.

Antonio | Cheyenne Mountain High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2024

Antonio is a senior this year at Cheyenne Mountain High School who enjoys the outdoors and studying astronomy. Soccer is a big part of his life, so it was fun to capture some images in his uniform. When he isn’t on the soccer field, he enjoys onewheeling and hiking. The mountain views and historic tunnels on Gold Camp Road were the perfect match for his session. Although many seniors hope for sunny skies during their session, the low fog created a dramatic background for many of the portraits.

Congrats to Antonio on his upcoming graduation this spring! We wish him the best as he looks to pursue aerospace engineering.

The Nilsen Family | Multi-Generation Studio Portraits

We love it when families want to come together to prioritize multi-generational portraits. Our indoor and outdoor studios create a flexible experience for families who may want the option of both types of portraits. In the winter months, the indoor studio gives families a comfortable and relaxed environment, and the outdoor studio is a fun way to show off the freshly fallen snow and gives a natural feel to the images. We enjoyed creating Christmas cards for their family, and we hope they are enjoying the metal prints for their home. What an honor to work with such a sweet family!

The Ebbens Family | Outdoor Family Portraits

We consider the long-lasting relationships that we have built with families over the years the most important foundation of our business. We met the Ebbens family over 10 years ago and have been honored to capture senior and family portraits in locations all around Colorado Springs. This year Jack and Hazel, their black labs, were able to join in as well. Although these portraits don’t look wintery, the temps definitely felt wintery, so props to their family for making this session a priority since their boys are now out of the house. Their neutral outfits paired well with the iconic views from Mesa Overlook. We hope you enjoy some of our favorites!

The Henderson Family | Snowy Family Portraits

Some families come to our studio with a specific request for their portraits; for the Henderson family, that request was snow. With two kids out of the house, it was tricky to plan a time when the whole family was together and there was snow, but we made it happen this December and are thrilled with these snowy images that capture their family so perfectly. We’ve had the honor of working with their family for senior portraits in the past, so it was fun to reconnect with the whole family this time in the wintery wonderland at Garden of the Gods and along Gold Camp Road.
