We first met Christan through our photography classes and workshops we hold, and so it was really fun to meet her whole family for a portrait session this spring! She’s raising some fantastic kids, and we enjoyed photographing individual portraits as well as the family portraits during their session in Cheyenne Canyon. Enjoy our favorites!

Mollee’s family traveled from North Denver to be with us for her high school senior pictures! She chose our 3-hour session to have multiple locations and lots of time for outfit changes and variety within her portrait session. We used Cheyenne Canyon, Monument Valley Park, and Downtown Colorado Springs for her session locations. Mollee’s very excited to be graduating a semester early from Horizon High School and plans to study foreign languages in order to later teach children in an immersion school setting. Mollee’s a people-person and has a warm and witty personality! Enjoy our favorites from her high school senior photography session…

Congratulations, Logan & Laura!! They had a beautiful wedding day on the day that the Waldo Canyon fire began, and little did we know at that point how that fire would bring tragedy just a few days later. They chose Shove Chapel for the ceremony and had a bagpiper for the ceremony music and to lead the wedding party and parents on the walk through Colorado College’s campus and to the Fine Arts Center. Their choice of lovebirds for the theme at the reception was quite unique and very cute! Their flowers were done by Twigs and Posies, one of our favorite florists to recommend, and as always, Amber and her team did a fantastic job! This was a day filled with love, emotion, laughter, and lots of dancing! Right after the wedding, Logan & Laura moved to Texas, and we wish them the best as they begin married life together there! How special to have a session devoted to a mom and daughter! And maybe even more special when you have a whole bunch of brothers in your family! The Buell Family traveled from Indiana out to Colorado Springs for a family vacation and chose us for a family photography session while here. The timing of their trip was during the start of the Waldo Canyon Fire, so their entire plan had to be revamped…including their session since nearly every park and open space in our city were closed. They had wanted Garden of the Gods as the setting for their session, and we ended up being able to adjust and offer them a couple different locations using a portion of the Cheyenne Canyon area that was not closed and then taking them to the Mesa Overlook to have the mountain views and Garden of the Gods formations. They have great images and portraits to capture the unique memories of a vacation out to the mountains. We had a great time with them. Enjoy our favorites!
