Natalie | Rampart High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2026

Natalie is another one of our high school seniors who we first met to capture her baby portraits over her first year of life. I cannot fully express the joy this has been for us in our 20th year in business – to create family legacy from the first moments of childhood to the capstone of senior portraits is just incredible. Her mom shared this in an email to us: It was such a joy reconnecting with you both. I am so thankful that you were able to capture our family and Natalie’s senior pictures so perfectly. We are amazed with your skill and artistic touch as well as the unparalleled customer service.

Natalie has grown into a confident, beautiful, and incredibly bright young woman with big plans and dreams for her future. During her years in high school, she has excelled in the areas of math and science and will have her EMT certification before college studies in the fall. She has a big heart for serving people and volunteers with the CPCD Head Start Program and SafeSplash swim lessons for kids in the autism spectrum. She loves crafting, her dog Bear, and her faith is incredibly important to her.

To fully capture her vision for her senior portraits, she loved the combination of an indoor studio session with an outdoor session. This combination provided ideal settings for the wide range of great portraits in a variety of outfits along with those that showcase the aspects of her life most meaningful to her.

Natalie plans to pursue a career as a surgeon. We know she has the intelligence, heart, and determination that path requires. We wish our best and can’t wait to watch you make a difference in the world!

Tysen | Pine Creek High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2026

This is our 20th year in business, and with that longevity came the most heartwarming and awesome event…kids for whom we captured baby portraits are now high school seniors, and we had the absolute honor of reconnecting and seeing the awesome young adults they have become. Tysen is one of those baby-to-high-school-seniors. Our job is full of JOY daily, yet this truly overflows our joy.

Tysen is intelligent, musical, and has a sharp mind for mechanics and engineering. He loves math and physics classes and is considering pursuing a career in engineering when his college studies begin in the fall. He loves cars and motorcycles…especially his grandpa’s S2000 (which is one of Jon’s favorite vehicles too!). His musical talents include bass guitar, percussion, and he’s picking up guitar as well. You’ll also find Tysen adventuring in the outdoors where rock climbing, skiing, and snowboarding are favorite activities.

Featuring our Front Range mountains was a top request for the setting of his senior portraits. We always encourage our seniors who choose our full one-hour sessions to bring items to represent areas of their interests and love that Tysen brought his bass. We’re excited to share favorites from his Garden of the Gods session!

Congratulations, Tysen! We wish you our best as all your next steps unfold.

Preston | Pueblo County High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2026

We loved seeing Preston’s family back with us for his senior portraits after first meeting them in 2024 to capture his older sister’s senior portraits! The loyalty of families to return to us and bring us their continued business is one of our favorite compliments.

Preston is athletic and outdoorsy. Competitively, he swims on both school and club teams. His outdoor interests include hiking, fishing, and skiing. That love of the outdoors and mountain activities matched him well for the setting of Garden of the Gods for his photography. There’s simply no better location for the breadth of Front Range views and the incredible rock formations offered there.

As Preston wraps up his final semester of high school, he’s looking to pursue a career connected to aeronautics or aviation. May the skies be ever bright in your future, Preston, and may these senior portraits always bring to mind favorite memories from this season in your life for both you and your family.

Brylee | Mesa Ridge High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2026

We have loved capturing senior portraits for this family, and Brylee caps off their 3rd and final time of celebrating a high school senior year with us. Brylee is a “go with the flow” girl with a quiet and introspective spirit about her. She has a wide variety of interests from music and reading to the sporty side of her swimming, managing the high school football team, and competitive soccer. Faith is a big part of her life, and she’s active in her church and youth group.

As a contrast to her older brother and cousin who chose urban settings for their senior photography, Brylee chose to create her senior portraits here at the studio with a mix of indoor and outdoor portraits here on our property. The indoor setting provides that beautiful simplicity of colors and textured backdrops that help the subject shine…plus you have the convenience of the changing room and a bathroom! Just at the start of summer of 2025, we completed the installation of the corrugated metal wall that adds awesome texture and colors from the weathered, rusted patina and augments the settings offered on our property. Brylee has a great mix of portraits just about her in combination with those that feature her loves and interests (the chess one is so cool!), and we loved the meaningful inclusion of her dad’s letter jacket as such a special way to honor him and his legacy.

Congratulations, Brylee, on your upcoming graduation! We wish you our best as you take your next steps after high school!

Emilie + Her Boys | Colorado Springs Outdoor Family Portraits on the Studio Property

Emilie is an amazing mom of 4 boys, and with all of them into their young adult lives, it is a rare and special moment to have everyone together. She reminisced about creating professional portraits every six months when they were in their childhood years, but it had been a long time since the last professional portraits captured these relationships that mean the world to her.

Emilie has a heart of gold as a hospice worker, and with the often on-call nature of her job and rarity of a true day off, she loved the simplicity of the studio property for the portraits, knowing that if the weather didn’t cooperate to be in our outdoor spaces, a pivot to the indoor space meant the portraits would happen regardless of weather and have amenities like a restroom, mirrors, snacks, and drinks close by. Thankfully the weather did cooperate and provide the outdoor look she hoped for!

Our corrugated metal wall was a new installation midway through 2025 and is featured well in their family portraits. She chose a classic, timeless approach of black tops with jeans – a perfect option for cohesion across family members for the attire. Alongside the expected poses of the full group and the siblings all together, the portraits of her two boys that are twins was an important request that we were happy to fulfill!

We can’t wait for her wall art and album to be in her home. There’s something special in the tangible prints and keepsakes that connects us to the people and memories in ways the digital medium cannot. And when your home has meaningful art of the people you love most, there’s a dose of love and joy that you enjoy daily every time you see that portrait.
