Lyniah | Destination: Colorado Springs Senior Portraits | Class of 2027

Lyniah’s family lives in Wisconsin and traveled to Colorado Springs to capture her senior portraits in Garden of the Gods. We have had such a good time getting to know them and creating these gorgeous senior portraits for her as a memorable part of the celebration of all her accomplishments as she completes high school.

We are blessed to live in such a gorgeous place in the world, and each season, we love working with families from outside of our area. We have created ways to come alongside our out-of-area families with as close to our in-town family’s experience as possible while also having the necessary accommodations to bridge the geographical distance.

Some of these accommodations include:

  • Holding a secondary spot for the session to provide two opportunities for outdoor sessions in case weather interferes with the original session day & time
  • Guided Reveal & Ordering appointment completed virtually
  • Complimentary shipping & handling of the finished prints and products to the client’s home

If you’re traveling to our Colorado Springs area and looking to take advantage of our beautiful landscape for a high school senior or family portraits session, we are ready to come alongside you!

Olivia | Destination: Colorado Springs Senior Portraits | Pueblo West High School | Class of 2027

Olivia is a caring, kind, responsible, and intelligent high school senior at Pueblo West High School. She’s already working on college credits as she completes her time in high school. She has her sights set on a handful of career paths ranging from engineering to medicine.

Olivia competed in gymnastics and cheer for much of her life and currently leans heavily into her crafty side with drawing and painting and also her love for reading. She enjoys time in the outdoors and was excited to have us match her to a great location to showcase our mountain views and fields of flowers.

Olivia, we know that you’ll finish strong and are already demonstrating the determination and academic rigor that will serve you well as you pursue your collegiate studies. Enjoy all these senior year moments, and may these senior portraits be a memorable part of the celebrations of all your accomplishments!

Lily | Air Academy High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2027

We have truly enjoyed reconnecting with this family to celebrate their next senior!

Lily is an easygoing high school senior who loves her cat and spends many hours volunteering at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo where her favorite animals to work with are the red pandas. She also enjoys riding her bike and playing her ukulele.

For her senior portraits, she was excited to choose an outdoor location with an abundance of trees. We love that she brought her ukulele to be featured in some of her senior portraits, and the pop of color from her red hat is awesome!

We’re excited to share favorites from her senior photography and can’t wait for her wall art to be displayed next to her older brother’s soon!

Fifty and FABULOUS | Milestone Birthday Portraits | Colorado Springs Studio Photography

We loved coming alongside this returning family for celebratory portraits for a 50th birthday! Her elevated dress – complete with the very special pair of shoes! – and the touches of champagne and balloons created opportunities for portraits that range from refined to downright fun. May she see her strength and beauty celebrated in these portraits that truly showcase the FABULOUS side of celebrating 50 years.

Multigenerational Family Portraits | Colorado Springs Family Photographer

Earlier this summer, we had such a wonderful time capturing this fun-loving, tight-knit family who enjoy a beautiful closeness across their many households and four generations. Multigenerational portrait sessions are rare and special – it takes a LOT of coordination to gather nearly 30 family members together! And yet they create family legacy that is absolutely priceless and worth the effort.

We love all the beautiful relationships captured across these portraits, and while we couldn’t feature all of the various groupings photographed, we’re excited to share a sampling here that showcases some of the broad range of groupings that are captured at these portrait sessions.

We had such a wonderful time with all of them, and they are one of those families that made us feel like family!

Our multigenerational sessions are geared to some specific locations that offer the right amount of parking, limit walking to/from the portrait settings, and offer amazing views of our Colorado landscape. We gather the priority groupings to be photographed ahead of time so that the groupings that matter most to each family are planned for and not missed. We are always happy to add to that list as time allows, and we know that there are always more ideas that surface during the session.
